State what is not refundable, e.g., engraved jewelry, custom design jewelry, re-sized jewelry, etc.
Emphasize what will not be accepted as a return, e.g. damaged, scratched jewelry, jewelry returned without original documentation and packaging,

We have intelligent inventory tracking software attached to our products. This allows us to produce according to demand throughout the year. We strive to never run out of products. However, we can’t predict 100% of the future. Sometimes we have our clients order more than usual. If this happens we typically have items restocked within a week or so.
